Sofia Richie Grainge Swears by This Supplement for Postpartum Hair Thinning

When I asked Sofia Richie Grainge if she was nervous about changes to her hair after giving birth to her first child, her answer was absolutely. “I have so many close girlfriends of mine who I’ve watched go through it postpartum,” she tells me over Zoom. “When I found out I was pregnant, I started experiencing some hair shedding, so I kind of thought that I was going to be doomed. But, it turns out that I was fine and that I was anxious for no reason, but, I was [nervous] of the possibilities.”

While the star fortunately did not have to worry, she decided to take a proactive approach to keeping her hair healthy and strong. Immediately after giving birth, she started taking Nutrafol’s Postpartum supplement, after hearing how useful it was to a friend of hers who had just given birth. “I have worked so hard on my hair for so many years to get it to the place where it’s at that I just wanted to get ahead of it.”

Fluctuations in hair texture and density are common for most women as they transition through stages of pregnancy.
