Selena Gomez Releases a Rare Beauty Makeup Set Featuring Her Wedding Day Essentials

Selena Gomez’s latest beauty collection is one that fans can say “I do” to!

The Rare Beauty founder, 33, announced the release of the bridal Something Rosy Lip & Cheek Set, which includes bestselling favorites from the makeup line, in addition to set-exclusives that she wore on her wedding day while saying “I do” to husband Benny Blanco.

The new set contains items that all play on the “something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue” wedding tradition.

The Soft Pinch Tinted Lip Oil in the shade Happy is “something old,” the set-exclusive Kind Words Matte Lip Liner in Committed is “something new,” the set-exclusive Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in the shade Smitten — which doubles as an homage to the blush shade that her mother, Mandy Teefey, wore on her wedding day — is “something borrowed” and a “special-edition” Puffy Makeup Bag in the pale blue shade serves as “something blue.”

The bag additionally includes a keepsake item personalized by Gomez herself.

“This set is close to my heart because it includes my must-haves for my wedding day,” she said in an official press release for the kit. “I hope it helps make getting ready for any special moment, big and small, even more meaningful.”

The new set will also see 100% of the profits being donated to the Rare Impact Fund, which is dedicated to expanding access to mental health resources and education for young individuals around the world.

The makeup kit launch comes just days after Gomez and Blanco, 37, tied the knot in California on Sept. 27. Her makeup artist, Hung Vanngo, worked with the Rare Beauty founder and used all the products from the Something Rosy kit to create her glam for the big day.

The Only Murders in the Building actress was the epitome of bridal glam, and went for fluttering lashes, blushed cheeks and peachy pink lips for the occasion.

Her hair, styled by celebrity hair stylist Renato Campora, was worn in short, Old Hollywood-inspired waves and created with Joico haircare to the stunning bridal look.

“In preparing Selena Gomez’s hair for a celebration of joy, unity, and love, every detail had to be perfect,” Campora said. The stylist used the Joico Defy Damage Protective Shampoo, and followed up the wash with a 30-minute treatment using the Joico Defy Damage KBOND20 Power Masque.

Gomez’s hair was then styled using Joico’s JoiWhip Design Foam and blow-dried with a large round brush, before being pinned to set and cool. To give the style longevity, Campora used the Hold Hero High Hold & Shine Boosting Finishing Spray for a finishing touch.
